The marketing guides enabled STAR members to promote the STAR card programs to their own customers, helping to increase the financial institutions’ fee income opportunities. The guides are also used by the STAR sales team to promote the various card programs and as a way to show prospective clients the ongoing value STAR delivers to its members.
